By booking or attending any massage session at Soewanie Massage (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Assumption of Risk & Informed Consent
- Massage involves physical manipulation that may cause soreness, bruising, discomfort, or, in rare cases, more serious harm.
- You confirm that you have provided complete and accurate health information, and will update us on any changes. You understand that massage is not a medical treatment and cannot diagnose or cure medical conditions (waiver.smartwaiver.com, template.net, mblexguide.com).
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with massage treatments, including those arising from negligence by us or our staff .
3. Release of Liability
- Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing, you release Soewanie Massage, its therapists/employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or any claim arising during or after the massage session (template.net).
- This waiver extends to any negligence by our staff or premises conditions.
4. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your acts or omissions during treatment, or from claims by third parties (mranchsauna.com).
5. Health Acknowledgment
- You confirm you are in satisfactory health and have consulted a physician where needed, especially if pregnant or suffering medical conditions.
- If at any time you believe the treatment is unsafe, you must alert the therapist and session may be paused or ended (gry-cms.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com).
6. Consent to Treatment
- You consent to receive massage services and acknowledge understanding of the techniques and risks involved (insurebodywork.com).
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time; the session may be terminated without refund.
7. Behavior & Session Termination
- Unprofessional or inappropriate behavior by you may result in immediate session termination with no refund .
8. Payment & Cancellation
- Full payment is due at time of booking or before service.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no‑shows incur 50% of booked service charge.
